Will you be able to remove the background of my image?

Yes, one of the most common things we do to images before printing is remove any obvious unwanted background. If you would like us to KEEP the default white background of your image, please let us know.


When will my order ship?

We ship all orders the same day they are printed. You will receive a separate email from FedEx, UPS, or USPS containing the Tracking Information on the evening when your item is scanned into the system.


Where is my order? I would like to know the status.

You may check on the status of your order by logging in to your account. "Shirt on Order" means that your items are en route to our warehouse. "Ready to Print" means that your order is in line and waiting to print. "Dispatched" means that your order has been shipped. If you selected Standard Shipping as your shipping option, you will receive your package in 12-17 business days after the date you placed your order. If you selected Express Shipping, you will receive your package in 12 business days or less from the date you placed your order. If you have a specific deadline when you must receive your items, please contact us to make sure your items will arrive in time.


Do you ship to International addresses outside of the United States

Unfortunately we no longer accept International orders. However, if you are interested, please contact us at info@shirtmagic.com for actual shipping rates.

What are the sizes for toddlers and infant shirts?

Infants: Small =6 Months, Meduim = 12 months, Large = 18 months, Xlarge = 24 months Toddler: Small = 2T, Meduim = 3T, Large = 4T


What is the maximum size for an uploaded image?

The image can be no bigger then 5MB.


How high should the resolution be?

The resolution should be 300 or higher for the best quality print.


What DPI Should the image be?

The DPI should be 300dpi or better for the best picture.


Do you ship to APO's?

We ship every Friday to APO's and PO Boxes. The Shipments may take longer to reach APO's than normal shipments. Please be patient and allow 2 to 3 weeks after printing for delivery.


Will the t-shirt shrink when you wash it?

Most t-shirts are Pre-shrunk 100%, but there still may be minimal shrinkage.


What images can I upload for use in designs, and how do I properly prepare those images?

Our designer accepts most image formats, but please feel free to contact us if you have questions or need assistance. Our Designer accepts .jpg, .eps, .png, .gif, and .tif. Similarly, we will contact you if there are problems pertaining to the artwork submitted with your order. To avoid any delays, please be sure your images are large enough that when re-sized to a printable size, they will not pixelate. If you have questions about this, please contact us.


How accurate is the preview I see online?

ShirtMagic's technology lets you get a good look at how your item will actually turn out, but computers can't perfectly simulate the real world. First of all, every computer monitor displays colors a little differently, so the colors of your actual merchandise (both the colors of the blanks and the colors of your designs) may not match perfectly with what you view on your screen. Secondly, embroidery and printing on non-paper surfaces are physical processes that are inherently imperfect, and slight variations from item to item inevitably exist. The Digital Printing process prints in CMYK color. Therefore, we are not able to print very bright or neon colors you may see on your computer monitor. We do our best to color manage your designs. But please don't worry! Trust the names of the various color products you use on the site and trust that we will produce merchandise that looks great and won't disappoint!
