One thing we do before processing the shirts is to check for unnecessary colors or unwanted marks on the design(s). Since most of our clip-arts have white backgrounds, by default, we will remove the background color first before printing regardless if we will print it on white or colored fabrics. For uploaded designs, just add a note in the "Add design notes" box if you want to retain or remove the background color of your image before printing.
Shirtmagic ships all orders the same day they are printed. You will receive an email that contains the Tracking Information of your order. For bulk orders, we allocate 9 - 12 business days for printing. You can expect your order in 12 - 17 business days after your order has been processed.
It is advisable to register an account in Shirtmagic because it enables you to track the status of your order. Here are few things you should know about the status of your order: Shirt on Order: item is on its way to Shirtmagic warehouse; Ready to Print: item is ready for printing; Dispatched: item has been shipped.
Shirtmagic no longer accepts international orders. However, you can contact us at info@shirtmagic.com for the actual shipping rates in your country if you are interested with our products.
