One reason why we have happy customers is because we give them our 100% in terms of providing quality products and services. But just like everyone else, we have our own set of limitations as well, so we here at Shirtmagic offer money-back guarantee for flawed items reported within 48 hours from the day our customers received their orders. Take note that not all shirt printing companies offer the same since returned or rejected shirts are deemed useless. We cannot re-sold or re-use the item and we consider it as a loss in terms of production and cost in customizing the product(s). But since our goal is to meet (and exceed) your expectations, if there are any mistakes on our behalf, we will issue a refund in a timely manner.  

 

However, Shirtmagic will only issue a refund under certain conditions:  

 

[a] The item is damaged/materially-flawed  

[b] Design printing (i.e. digital, screenprint or embroidery) is of poor quality  

[c] You received the wrong item  

[d] The design is different from the one you created/submitted online  

 

If the fault is on our end, we will issue a refund of the total cost less the shipping cost and 20% restocking fee. Here is an example: 

 

Total order cost = $150 

Shipping = $7.50 

Restocking fee = $30 (20% of total order cost) 

 

Total Refund will be $112.50, since we deduct the shipping cost and restocking fee on the total order cost.  

 

Customers must return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
