Returns Policy

ShirtMagic processes the items at the time you order. If you have a problem with your order, we will fix it given the fault is on our end. ShirtMagic will only accept returns and will issue a refund under certain conditions:  

 

[a] The item is damaged/materially-flawed  

[b] You received the wrong item  

[c] The design is different from the one you created using the site's online designing software 

 

How To Return An Item 

1. Email sales@shirtmagic.com and include: 

a. Picture of the item 

b. Order number or the email adress used on the order 

c. Phone number to reach you at 

 

2. Mail the item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.  

 

Return Exceptions 

Item(s) that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

 

Any design error made by the customer during the design process (ie spelling errors, location mistakes, sizing of image)  

 

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.  

 

If you want to cancel your order, ShirtMagic requires a cancellation fee 20% of the total order cost. This is to cover the cost of the shirts from the mills.
