Returns
ShirtMagic processes the shirts at the time you order. If you have a problem with your order, we will fix it given the fault is on our end. Shirtmagic will only accept returns and will issue a refund under certain conditions:
[a] The item is damaged/materially-flawed
[b] Design printing (i.e. digital, screenprint or embroidery) is of poor quality
[c] You received the wrong item
[d] The design is different from the one you created/submitted online
Before we can re-print the item or issue a refund, you must send us a picture of the item you received from us through email or return it to us at your expense --- for verification purposes. Item(s) returned to us must be unwashed and in the same condition when we send it to you.
If in any case you want to cancel your order, ShirtMagic requires a cancellation fee (20% of the total order cost) especially when your order has been processed already.
Limit of Responsibility
ShirtMagic will only process the order(s) according to the design and instruction(s) sent to us. ShirtMagic is not responsible for any inaccuracy in information (i.e. incorrect credit card information, billing address, etc.) and delay in transmission caused by Internet and virus-related problems.

All information and materials found in this Site (i.e. text, graphics, links and/or other items) are provided "as is" and "as available" with no express or implied warranty for accuracy or accessibility. ShirtMagic accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors and omissions contained on this Site. Use of this Site and available content is at the user's risk. ShirtMagic offers no warranty that the use of this Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
ShirtMagic also reserves the right not to process and refuse any fraudulent orders. Such orders will be refunded in a timely manner.
Indemnity
Upon ShirtMagic's request, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ShirtMagic and its affiliates, their employees and officers harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that will arise from your use or misuse of ShirtMagic's Site and Service.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws in force for the time being in the State of South Carolina.
Minors under 16 years of age can only use this Site under their parent's or legal guardian's supervision. Prospective users 16 years of age and below must provide a valid e-mail address of their parent(s) or guardian(s). The parent(s) or guardian(s) will be contacted via email to have their permission. However, if Shirtmagic receives no response within 48 hours, you will not be able to register with the Site.
Copyright Infringement Notification
Our company is committed to complying with U.S. Copyright Law and to respond to claims of Copyright Infringement. All notices of alleged copyright infringement will be processed accordingly through proper investigation and we will take appropriate actions under The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Pursuant to the DMCA, all claims of copyright infringement should be sent to this address: support (at) shirtmagic.com, and must contain the following for your complaint to be valid under the DMCA.
a. a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner allegedly infringed;
b. identification of the copyrighted material claimed to have been infringed, or , if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
c identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. By providing links or URLs in your notice, it will help us easily to locate the material and address the issue;
d. sufficient information to enable us to contact the copyright owner, or the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number and e-mail address, if available;
e. a statement that you, or as a complaining party, have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
f. a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you, or as a complainant, are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
False claims or misrepresentations may be subjected to legal consequences under Section 512(f).
